Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct standard and non-standardized assessments and write reports
• Develop strength-based, child and family centered treatment plans
• Ensure IEP, Evaluation, and progress monitoring adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines
• Collect ongoing daily data and adapt treatment based on student performance
• Attend IEP and Evaluation meetings and provide necessary documentation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational team members
• Align treatment objectives with Common Core Standards
• Maintain a daily schedule and communicate with building leaders
• Participate in building-based intervention processes
• Utilize district software for special education compliance

Requirements

• Professional Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google applications, and internet applications
• Strong content knowledge in one or more content areas
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret student data
• Satisfactory completion of state required criminal history check and health tests
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
