Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle consultative sales for institutional clients across the Middle East & Africa from Dubai (DIFC): prospecting, qualification, discovery, presentation, negotiation and close.
- Own go-to-market strategy for institutional verticals including endowments, foundations, family offices, OCIOs, PE/VC firms and fund-of-funds.
- Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, Client Services and R&D to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Maintain timely pipeline and forecast reporting; act as a regional knowledge leader bringing global insights and local market nuance.
- Mentor peers and contribute to the development of the regional sales playbook.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record selling to endowments, foundations, OCIOs or family offices.
- Experience with wealth/asset management technology or fintech platforms.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills across complex organizations.
- Familiarity with regulatory and operational nuances in the MEA institutional market.
