Sr. Associate, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• Manage XBRL tagging and EDGAR submission processes
• Research and document accounting treatment for complex transactions under US GAAP
• Prepare technical accounting memos for revenue recognition, share-based compensation, and leases
• Coordinate financial reporting with external and internal auditors
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting internal controls
• Analyze financial data to identify variances, trends, and anomalies

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet hard SEC deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Big 4 accounting experience
• Proficiency with Workiva, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
