About the Company
Octave is a modern behavioral health practice creating a new standard for care delivery that’s both high-quality and accessible. With in-person and virtual clinics in multiple states, the company offers evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy, while pioneering relationships with payers to make care more affordable through insurance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of the relationship with Evernorth, acting as the central point of contact and accountability
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders
- Translate partner needs into clear internal priorities across operations, product, engineering, and finance
- Monitor and report on key partnership metrics and outcomes
- Identify opportunities to deepen and expand the partnership over time
- Manage and grow a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and development
- Implement best practices and monitor KPIs to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or related roles
- Mandatory experience in healthcare or health tech
- Proven experience managing large, complex external partnerships or enterprise accounts
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering teams
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and driving outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence without authority
- Proficiency in using AI tools in day-to-day workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- People management experience
- Prior experience with AI tools for research and iteration
