Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing Federal partners, customers, and stakeholders
  • Identify, qualify, and execute opportunities to expand MixMode into new government branches and sectors
  • Own customer relationships from first contact to contract award
  • Coordinate with solutions, contracting, product, and program management teams
  • Build and track sales metrics within CRM to enhance forecasting
  • Execute a consultative sales process aligning software value with organizational needs
  • Serve as a player/coach with future people management opportunities
  • Support proposal and presentation material creation

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience in senior sales leadership or account development
  • Working knowledge of Civilian Agency landscape and Federal IT ecosystem
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with Federal sales or enterprise technology sales
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
