Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive hardware architecture trade-offs for performance, power, and area
  • Lead RTL design, integration, and verification across the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with firmware, verification, and system teams for seamless hardware delivery
  • Mentor and review work of junior engineers; establish best practices
  • Provide design-in support, silicon bring-up assistance, and customer-facing technical support
  • Improve automation and workflows using scripting to optimize productivity and reliability

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience
  • ASIC/FPGA design
  • SystemVerilog expertise
  • RTL design
  • Simulation tools
  • Python/Tcl/Perl
  • BSEE/MSEE degree
  • UVM verification
  • Timing closure

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASIC synthesis knowledge
  • CDC/RDC methodologies
  • High-speed memory (HBM/GDDR/LPDDR/DDR)
  • Familiarity with AMBA AXI / CHI
  • Experience with Questa/VCS/Incisive
  • Hands-on silicon bring-up experience
