Sr. Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Undertake design projects from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
• Interpret and translate client needs into plans and layouts
• Set project costs and fees according to budget
• Research and source materials and products
• Produce mood boards, samples and presentation materials
• Supervise work progress and site execution
• Coordinate with designers, decorators, architects and contractors
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and trends

Requirements

• Proven GCC experience
• Minimum 2 years
• Female candidates only
• BS Interior Design
• Strong portfolio
• AutoCAD proficiency
• SketchUp proficiency
• 3D Max proficiency
• Space planning
• Materials sourcing
• Lighting design
• Project management
• Presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with educational institution fit-outs preferred
• Spouse visa preferred
• Experience in renovations and new constructions
• Experience with custom furniture and installations
