Job Description
Responsibilities
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
- Interpret and translate client needs into plans and layouts
- Set project costs and fees according to budget
- Research and source materials and products
- Produce mood boards, samples and presentation materials
- Supervise work progress and site execution
- Coordinate with designers, decorators, architects and contractors
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and trends
Requirements
- Proven GCC experience
- Minimum 2 years
- Female candidates only
- BS Interior Design
- Strong portfolio
- AutoCAD proficiency
- SketchUp proficiency
- 3D Max proficiency
- Space planning
- Materials sourcing
- Lighting design
- Project management
- Presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with educational institution fit-outs preferred
- Spouse visa preferred
- Experience in renovations and new constructions
- Experience with custom furniture and installations
