Responsibilities

• Develop and improve ML and LLM models.
• Design, implement, deploy, and improve prompting for LLMs.
• Collaborate on ML projects across various business sectors.
• Build and deploy data models and RAG systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ML in production.
• Strong applied ML/LLM knowledge and statistical expertise.
• Experience with user data, model architectures, and evaluation frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with various prompt techniques for LLM grounding.
• Experience with automating ModelOps/DataOps processes.
• Skilled written communicator and proven stakeholder management expertise.
