Sr. Manager, Ecommerce Platforms & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the ecommerce platform stack including experimentation, CDP, GTM, and AI assistants
• Serve as the cross-platform systems architect for event/data layers and API integrations
• Drive enhancements to experimentation frameworks to increase testing velocity
• Design and scale AI workflows and agentic automations to improve team efficiency
• Implement operational excellence through runbooks, monitoring, and cost controls
• Build self-service tooling and documentation for cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead, hire, and coach a small platform team
• Define success metrics and deliver performance dashboards to leadership

Requirements

• 6+ years in MarTech, analytics, or platform operations
• 3+ years of people leadership or technical leadership experience
• Proven track record architecting MarTech/analytics stacks (CDP, tag management, etc.)
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack or similar CDPs, and APIs
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
• Experience designing and operationalizing AI workflows or automation
• Experience managing vendor relationships and platform governance
• Strong understanding of privacy and data governance (GDPR/CCPA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mature experimentation and personalization programs
