Sr Manager, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Support execution of ABM programs using Demandbase and related tools
• Manage target account selection, segmentation, and campaign deployment
• Optimize marketing systems including Salesforce, Demandbase, and HubSpot
• Maintain data quality, campaign tracking, and reporting accuracy
• Improve lead routing, scoring, and operational workflows
• Build and maintain reporting for campaign performance and funnel health
• Manage and support a Colombia-based team member

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
• Experience executing ABM programs using Demandbase or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel stages, and campaign operations
• Ability to manage data, dashboards, and system-driven processes with high accuracy
• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Client Growth teams
