Sr. Manager Materials Planning

Responsibilities

• Direct long-term and short-term manufacturing, production, and supply/inventory plans
• Oversee raw material demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Manage end-to-end supply chain for raw materials and packaging
• Lead and foster a high-performance Planning and Logistics team of four
• Optimize materials, storage, movement, shipping, and receiving processes
• Drive operational excellence through monthly performance reviews and KPI monitoring
• Facilitate the planning and implementation of new product launches
• Coordinate material availability with Operations, Finance, Quality, and CRM teams

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing planning
• Experience in FMCG or food processing environments
• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports
• Proficiency with Google platforms, Salesforce, and CRM tools
• Experience implementing AI and automation tools
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of beverage systems
• Six Sigma Lean certification
• Strong project management and change management skills
