Sr. Manager Middle East Africa (MEA) and Turkey

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal support for distributor and indirect market operations across MEA and Turkey
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including distribution, agency, and supply arrangements
• Manage disputes and performance issues involving distributors and channel partners
• Provide legal guidance to business leaders to ensure alignment with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Oversee legal risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and compliance teams
• Drive efficiency in legal processes through AI, automation, and digital platforms

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience providing legal counsel in a corporate or law firm environment
• Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
• Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MEA and/or Turkey markets
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and commercial compliance
• Exposure to legal technology tools and process optimization
