Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Oversee the organization’s project portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements, process diagrams, and use cases
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to track deliverables, manage dependencies, and review project health
  • Establish frameworks to identify, monitor, and mitigate financial, technical, and operational risks
  • Provide ongoing training and upskilling to project teams
  • Oversee project budgets and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or coordination
  • Proficient understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or ServiceNow SPM
  • Proficiency in capacity planning and change management
  • Ability to document business processes and elicit requirements
  • PMP Certification
