Sr. Manager, Pricing & Promotions

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pricing and promotions testing roadmap, including design, analysis, and rollout decisions
• Set promotional strategy, calendar, and prioritization
• Develop new promotional structures grounded in performance data and competitive intelligence
• Partner with finance and analytics teams to align promotional strategy with business performance
• Partner with acquisition teams to identify opportunities for personalized promotions
• Lead the adoption of AI-driven approaches for personalized promotions
• Build and own discount budgeting capabilities, tracking promotional spend and ROI
• Manage and develop one direct report

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth, ecommerce, promotions, pricing, or related analytical functions
• Proven track record of owning experimentation and using data to drive decisions
• Proficiency with SQL for independent data analysis and A/B test design
• Experience with promotional or marketing performance analysis and financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop talent
• Strong structured communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with discount budgeting, promotional P&L, or financial planning
• Familiarity with product pricing strategy or distribution channel management
• Background in direct-to-consumer or subscription businesses
• Experience working with Data Science teams on experiment design
• Strong understanding of ML models and AI decisioning
