Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and engineering excellence
• Own the holistic security roadmap, balancing proactive projects with security operations
• Perform hands-on critical alert triage, incident response, and detection engineering
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to implement security-by-design
• Manage CorpSec/IT functions, including onboarding, endpoint security, and compliance
• Lead the secure adoption of AI across the organization and product

Requirements

• Proven experience as a strong IC in security or infrastructure engineering
• Successful track record transitioning into engineering management
• Deep technical fluency in Detection, AppSec, or InfraSec
• Ability to contribute technically to code or design reviews
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex security strategy across organizational boundaries
• High operational discipline regarding on-call, alerts, and incidents
• Startup agility with a low-ego, execution-oriented attitude
