Sr. Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize consumer value propositions (CVP) for the KBO and EKQ markets
• Manage existing product benefit providers to improve customer propositions and optimize return on investment
• Launch new product variants and expand coverage of existing products to new markets
• Identify market gaps and collaborate with digital partners to co-create innovative capabilities and use cases
• Project manage multiple CVP initiatives, including product launches, business case preparation, and pricing
• Support product strategy development through consumer research and Visa data analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Risk, Cybersecurity, and Legal
• Support budget management by tracking program performance and sharing forecasts

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the financial and fintech industries
• Proven experience in product development and management
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver against tight deadlines
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate client needs into product requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across a global organization
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
