Sr. Product Manager, AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and drive a roadmap for AI and ML development across Zapier’s teams.
• Engage deeply with internal customers, prioritizing high-leverage initiatives based on feedback, usage, pain points, and vision.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure AI/ML products are foundational in Zapier’s most important projects.
• Evolve the AI/ML product portfolio to address security, scalability, and data privacy for enterprise customers.
• Bring clarity and focus to ambiguity, making tough prioritization decisions as needed.
• Keep a running list of AI/ML investment needs and advocate for prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to scope and deliver impactful features.
• Define and track metrics of success, using data and customer insights to shape strategy.
• Manage the transition from early beta features to scalable, enterprise-ready products.
