Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Marketing Alignment

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with marketing strategies and organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.

  • Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into product requirements.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between Product and Marketing teams, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.

  • Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to implement features that support marketing campaigns and enhance user engagement.

  • Manage the feedback loop to ensure that user insights collected through marketing efforts inform product development.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and marketing initiatives, including user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.

  • Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and marketing optimization.

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and marketing channels.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in crypto industry.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering go-to-market strategies.
