Sr. ROI Medical Records Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests from facilities accurately and in accordance with quality standards
• Validate requests and authorizations based on company policy and legal guidelines
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and correct billing
• Deliver outstanding customer service and proactively resolve client concerns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state laws and fee structures
• Comply with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years' ROI fulfillment experience with Sharecare HDS or 3 years' external ROI experience
• Advanced knowledge of multiple EMR platforms and ROI request types
• Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality performance standards
