Sr. Sales Engineer META region (Dubai)

Responsibilities

• Act as main technical resource for sales calls and customer engagements across the META region
• Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education and technical account support
• Manage and drive technology evaluation stage; own customer issues through to resolution
• Install and troubleshoot network traffic sensors across physical, virtual, public and private cloud environments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Stellar Cyber software and hardware; assist customers with Starlight deployments
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs and prepare technical responses
• Maintain close collaboration with TAC and Product Management; provide weekly status reports on high-priority cases and pre-sales activity
• Travel 20-30% across sales territories and build trusted relationships with customers

• Hands-on public/private cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash) desirable
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, CEH) are a plus
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills for RFIs/RFPs
• Previous exposure to TAC processes and product management collaboration
