Sr. Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical insight and addressing client questions or concerns regarding ZeroFox solutions.
• Engage in technical pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, proof of concept executions, and strategic presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Product Management to gather essential feedback from customers and contribute to product refinement and enhancement.
• Educate channel partners and customers on technical capabilities and best practices concerning the ZeroFox platform.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, industry trends, and the competitive environment.
• Participate in customer meetings and workshops to develop technical architectures tailored to specific business requirements.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and sales collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
• Arabic fluency
• Proven experience and track record in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales
• Strong familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM products, and security information management
• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript, as well as familiarity with REST APIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and partners
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and passion for technology and innovation
