Sr. Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead sales engagements with Account Executives and Account Management to qualify new sales opportunities
• Serve as the subject matter expert on PayNearMe’s technology platform, payments solutions, and Agentic IVA capabilities
• Partner with Account Executives to position and demonstrate Agentic IVA and future AI modules
• Develop and conduct compelling demonstrations of the payments platform and AI-powered solutions
• Propose, scope, and architect solutions that transform payment and customer engagement experiences
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to translate functionality into business value propositions
• Document client feedback and market data to shape sales strategies and product direction
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas
• Assist with technical RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the evaluation process

Requirements

• 5+ years of Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architecture experience
• 5+ years of experience in payment processing, fintech, or customer engagement technology
• Demonstrated experience with Agentic IVA or conversational AI technologies
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and customer engagement automation
• Proven success in meeting sales quotas and revenue goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
