Sr Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide complex design and systems engineering configurations to support customer business objectives
• Partner with the sales team to achieve allocated sales targets through technical expertise
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical challenges and proposing effective F5 solutions
• Deliver customized product presentations and clearly articulate the technical value proposition
• Create customer documentation for Proof of Concept (POC) activities
• Support channel partners through technical expertise, oversight, and sustainable training
• Collaborate with product development and management to assist with customer special requests
• Maintain high-level technical knowledge of F5 products and the competitive landscape

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in Cloud, Security, Application Delivery, Network Infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments
• Significant experience in pre-sales or Systems Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with F5 core products or relevant competitor offerings
• Strong presentation, communication, and account management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Dubai
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional work experience
