Sr. Solutions Engineer - Middle East/Africa

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluation phases for enterprise deals ($100K to $1M+ ARR).
• Conduct deep technical discovery to map prospect workflows, tech stack dependencies, and decision criteria.
• Design and execute hands-on proof-of-concepts using prospect data and real use cases.
• Handle technical objections around data architecture, integration complexity, and privacy/compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Present technical capabilities and ROI narratives to C-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Management and Customer Success to communicate requirements and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Mentor junior SEs and develop reusable demo assets, technical content, and POC frameworks.
