Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Go-based data pipelines that power growth analytics
• Audit existing martech integrations and replace or retire tooling
• Architect and ship experimentation infrastructure for A/B testing
• Ship full-stack growth features in Go and TypeScript
• Integrate ML for personalization, predictive modeling, and experiment analysis
• Review experiment designs and code from other growth engineers
• Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate development output

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, data/analytics infrastructure, and martech systems
• Production-level expertise in Golang and TypeScript
• Proven track record designing production-grade analytics and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience building and shipping ML systems into production
• Strong systems thinking and architectural decision-making skills
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools
• Experience setting technical direction for growth or data teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience on a marketplace, fintech, or consumer product with high user scale
• Familiarity with prediction markets, financial products, or real-time data systems
• People management experience
