Sr. Systems Analyst - Infor FSM

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and test enhancements to IT systems with a focus on Infor FSM Cloudsuite tools
• Solicit, assess, and prioritize user requests for system enhancements
• Architect and define sustainable and scalable solutions for design and implementation
• Act as the technical point of contact for users to resolve complex issues and perform root cause analysis
• Build, modify, and support existing integrations and work with external vendors
• Implement reporting tools and analysis to support site governance
• Create and maintain technical documentation including data flows, application logic, and SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Science, or Business
• 3+ years of experience with Infor OS application and data tools (IPA, Infor ION, LPL, Infor OS Data Fabric)
• Strong SQL programming skills
• Experience with application programming frameworks such as APIs, JSON, and XML
• Experience with database systems like SQL Server or DB2
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
