Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of top-tier Commercial AV partners and distributors
  • Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners including integrators, distributors, and consultants
  • Expand and optimize distribution channels by onboarding Value Added and sub-distributors
  • Drive share of wallet growth across all product categories with a focus on wireless access points and managed switches
  • Create proposals, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Plan and prioritize sales activity including face-to-face meetings and trade shows
  • Deliver regular product training to partners
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, SE, Marketing, and Product Management teams
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Maintain accurate weekly reporting, forecasting, and margin management

Requirements

  • Proven sales and partner account management experience within the AV industry
  • Strong understanding of AV over IP and networking hardware
  • 8+ years of experience managing top-tier accounts and C-suite relationships
  • Existing relationships with Value Added Distributors, Systems Integrators, and Consultants
  • Ability to execute business plans and accurate forecasting
  • In-depth knowledge of the Commercial AV, rental/live events, and broadcast AV industry in MEA
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Ability to travel approximately 70% across the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Fluency in French
