Sr. Voice Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Architect and design the future state of voice infrastructure
• Manage Voice Service contracts and vendor relationships
• Develop roadmaps for telephony solutions and Contact Center technologies
• Research and test new voice technologies
• Work with Operations Engineers to resolve technical problem areas
• Provide weekly status reports to management
• Document new processes and facilitate technical conversations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical engineering experience in collaboration platforms
• 3-5 years of Enterprise Voice administration experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice or Cisco Webex Contact Center
• Experience in vendor management and internal customer service
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and methodology
• Voice Certifications from Microsoft or Cisco preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
