Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experienced SRE engineers
• Set engineering direction and build conditions for high-quality work
• Define and manage reliability disciplines including SLOs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems
• Drive automation to eliminate repetitive manual tasks
• Foster people development and career growth within the team

Requirements

• Strong systems thinking and understanding of distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure
• Proven experience leading or working within a dedicated SRE function
• Deep understanding of reliability engineering principles (SLOs, error budgets, postmortems)
• Track record of people management and engineering mentorship
• Ability to thrive in the complex and evolving Web3/blockchain infrastructure space
