SSR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of operational tasks that fall outside the standard SSR review process
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues that prevent progression through the pipeline
• Coordinate with Design, Permitting, Construction, Scheduling, Service, and Sales departments
• Investigate project discrepancies and determine the best path forward
• Manage escalated or complex SSR-related cases from assignment through resolution
• Track operational issues and provide status updates to leadership
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
• Assist in developing and maintaining department SOPs and documentation
• Perform quality reviews of project documentation
• Maintain accurate records within company systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar operations, construction operations, project coordination, or electrical operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential solar industry experience
• Electrical knowledge or field construction experience
• Experience with Site Survey Review processes
• Knowledge of AHJ requirements, utility requirements, and permitting workflows
• Experience reading construction drawings, electrical plans, or site survey documentation
