SSR Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the SSR Quality Control team
• Establish daily production goals and quality expectations
• Monitor employee productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times
• Conduct quality audits and provide coaching and performance feedback
• Review and approve Site Survey Reports (SSRs) before release to Design and Engineering
• Verify electrical components including main service panels, subpanels, meter locations, and breaker sizing
• Identify recurring survey deficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Partner with Site Survey, Design, Engineering, Permitting, and Operations teams
• Monitor department KPIs including accuracy, turnaround time, and error rates

Requirements

• Strong residential electrical knowledge
• Previous quality control or technical review experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of residential solar construction and project workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential solar experience
• Previous Site Survey Review or SSR QC experience
• Understanding of NEC requirements and residential electrical code
• Experience managing offshore or remote production teams
• Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience
