About the Company

Aduro Advisors supports top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. We are a modern, innovative fund administrator that prides itself on providing thoughtful and adaptable service while leveraging best-in-class technology.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP in Xero
  • Maintain investor information, investment information, and other fund metrics in FundPanel system
  • Maintain legal documents including formation documents, investment documents, and other relevant client information in Box
  • Process accounts payable on a weekly basis using Bill.com
  • Prepare intercompany invoicing process and process reimbursements
  • Prepare and obtain documents for annual audit and tax process
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 0–2 years of work experience or professional internships in relevant accounting roles
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly
