Responsibilities

• Assist with Xero, Salesforce, and FundPanel system setups
• Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP in Xero
• Maintain investor information, investment information, and other fund metrics in FundPanel
• Liaise with data ingestion team to ensure onboarding templates are reconciled and uploaded accurately
• Perform detailed reviews of historical financial data and update conversion balances, PCAPs, SOIs, and capital calls
• Oversee maintenance of entity and investment documentation for audit and tax readiness
• Execute and manage capital calls, investment funding, distributions, and related investor communications
• Prepare management fee calculations and assist with quarterly financial workbooks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 1–3 years of work experience or professional internships in relevant accounting roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly
