Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries and transaction reviews
• Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Maintain financial accuracy by investigating variances and following up on outstanding items
• Collaborate with Finance team and cross-functional partners to resolve routine questions
• Support recurring reporting, audit requests, and process improvement projects

Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
