Staff Accountant

Seed Health is a microbiome science company pioneering clinically validated innovations for gut and whole-body health. We’ve built a profitable DTC business with category-leading retention and a robust clinical pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable & accounts receivable process from data entry to retailer/vendor communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights for decision-making
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Support the implementation, maintenance and administration of accounting software and systems
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Requirements

• 2-3 years of accounting experience with knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA)
• Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, and Bill.com
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
