Staff AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-grade AI systems and services for our claims platform, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.
• Build and maintain TypeScript-based services and LangChain.js integrations to enable LLM-driven workflows.
• Design and optimize APIs that leverage LLMs and other ML models for inference and orchestration.
• Lead technical design reviews, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with product, research, and operations teams to turn ML/AI prototypes into production features deployed in Dubai (hybrid).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in insurance, claims, or regulated-fintech workflows is a plus.
• Prior experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks preferred.
• Strong product collaboration and demonstrated ownership of end-to-end features.
