Staff Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for Bolt's product voice, terminology, and patterns
• Review writing from across the company and provide feedback to improve judgment
• Own the content strategy and shape product direction
• Ship content-led features end-to-end, from scoping to implementation
• Partner with Marketing and CX to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• Portfolio of product content work showing reasoning and impact
• Ability to take a feature from problem to shipped using Figma or agentic tools
• Experience building systems or guidelines used by others
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or small team experience
• Experience shaping AI tools or conversational interfaces
• Experience writing for product, marketing, and support content
• Consumer product experience
