Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and product leads to translate creative concepts into responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend implementations.
  • Build visually rich, interactive pages and product experiences using modern web technologies, including animations and 3D effects.
  • Implement scalable, modular UI systems and component libraries that balance design fidelity with maintainability.
  • Prototype rapidly, iterate on interaction patterns, and evaluate new tools and techniques to improve craft and workflow.
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility across devices.
  • Write clean, testable code, perform code reviews, and advocate for best practices across design and engineering.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for creative frontend projects, coordinating with stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years frontend experience
  • Strong HTML5/CSS3 skills
  • Advanced JavaScript proficiency
  • Production React experience
  • Next.js implementation
  • Animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie)
  • 3D web (Three.js)
  • Performance optimization
  • Accessibility best practices
  • Figma collaboration
  • Responsive design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with headless CMS (Sanity or similar)
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative interactive work
  • Experience mentoring developers
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted tooling and workflows
