Staff Data Analyst, GTM

Responsibilities

• Build and own canonical GTM data products including ARR, pipeline, account health, and renewal tracking
• Define and document GTM metric standards to ensure organizational consistency
• Build and maintain underlying data models that power GTM reporting and analysis
• Serve as the dedicated analytical resource for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops leadership
• Translate business questions into clean analytical specs and deliver decision-ready findings
• Build self-service tools and context layers to enable GTM teams to answer their own questions
• Connect CRM, product usage, and billing data to provide a complete customer view
• Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate analysis and establish AI-forward workflows within the team

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics
• Proven experience directly supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Operations
• Experience building data models and BI layers from scratch
• Experience working with PLG or usage-based business models
• Proficiency with LLMs and AI tooling to enhance analytical workflows
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in async, autonomous, and fast-paced environments
