Staff Data Analyst, GTM

Responsibilities

• Build and own canonical GTM data products including ARR, pipeline, and account health
• Define and document GTM metric standards across the organization
• Build and maintain underlying data models for GTM reporting
• Serve as the dedicated analytical resource for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops leadership
• Translate business questions into analytical specs and decision-ready findings
• Build self-service tools to enable GTM teams to answer their own questions
• Connect CRM, product usage, and billing data to create a complete customer picture
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and establish AI-forward workflows

Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics with experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Ops
• Experience building data models and BI layers from scratch
• Proficiency working with CRM, product usage, and billing data
• Experience in a PLG or usage-based business model
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Habitual use of LLMs and AI tooling in analytical workflows
• Ability to thrive in async, autonomous environments
