Responsibilities

• Own the analytical function for a core business unit (growth, product, AI, or strategic partnerships) end-to-end
• Define business problems and ensure analyses inform critical decisions
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
• Surface data insights to move key metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership
• Proficiency in SQL or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing, product development, AI/automation, or strategic partnerships
