Responsibilities
- Build functional prototypes and product experiments directly in the Thunderbolt codebase
- Translate ambiguous product ideas and enterprise needs into usable product experiences
- Define interaction patterns for AI-powered chat, search, and workflow automation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in design engineering, front-end engineering, or UX engineering
- Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript or TypeScript and component-based frameworks
- Experience designing or building AI-enabled product experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise software or developer tools
- Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Experience working in open-source environments
