Staff DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD infrastructure using GitHub Actions and Kubernetes
• Automate mobile release workflows for iOS, Android, and Chrome
• Oversee automated end-to-end testing with Maestro and Playwright
• Improve pipeline performance, reliability, and observability
• Partner with engineering teams on SDLC and DevEx improvements
• Ensure build and deployment systems meet security and compliance standards
• Set standards for build, test, release, and deployment workflows

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Systems Engineering
• Strong experience with AWS and CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI)
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform or Pulumi)
• Experience supporting release infrastructure for production mobile applications
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments
• Proven track record of improving developer workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Native or Expo
• Experience with mobile preview environments or Appetize
• Blockchain or crypto industry experience
