Responsibilities

• Own major product components and workstreams throughout their full lifecycle
• Work directly with engineering, product, sales, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Translate broad product goals into technical plans, milestones, and actionable tasks
• Design scalable system architecture and make high-impact technical decisions
• Build, review, and maintain production-grade components end-to-end
• Take responsibility for delivered components in production and their continued evolution
• Independently track progress and communicate results, blockers, and risks
• Research relevant technologies, tools, and market approaches
• Contribute to engineering quality through design reviews and mentorship

Requirements

• Proven experience owning major projects or workstreams end-to-end
• Strong backend engineering experience in Python, Go, or Java
• Strong system design and architectural thinking
• Experience refining requirements into technical deliverables
• Strong technical product ownership skills
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools in the development workflow
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability
