Staff Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend for a B2B SaaS claims platform.
• Implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Build responsive, polished React (TypeScript) user interfaces and iterate based on product and customer feedback.
• Lead architecture discussions, propose improvements to reliability, performance, and developer velocity.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and help raise engineering standards across the team.
• Own the full lifecycle of features: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
