Responsibilities

• Run high-leverage, data-driven experiments across acquisition, onboarding, expansion, pricing, and usage journeys
• Partner with Product and Design to brainstorm, scope, and plan rapid product improvements
• Own critical experiments end-to-end: from ideation and hypothesis to building, shipping, and measuring impact
• Scale successful experiments through iterative improvements
• Use data to form hypotheses and inform product decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack expertise across frontend and backend
• Experience in a high-velocity Build–Measure–Learn loop
• Proficiency with Django, React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Experience with Mixpanel and Cursor
• Startup experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on a product growth team
• Experience building lead generation pipelines
• Experience working in Martech
