Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain backend features for consumer domain applications
- Lead technical roadmap, architecture decisions, and cross-squad coordination
- Conduct design and code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
- Mentor and grow backend engineers across multiple squads
- Remove technical blockers and provide hands-on support for feature delivery
- Participate in architecture and design discussions and scalability planning
- Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
- Draft technical feasibility studies and propose IP where applicable
