Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain backend features for consumer domain applications
  • Lead technical roadmap, architecture decisions, and cross-squad coordination
  • Conduct design and code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
  • Mentor and grow backend engineers across multiple squads
  • Remove technical blockers and provide hands-on support for feature delivery
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions and scalability planning
  • Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews
  • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
  • Draft technical feasibility studies and propose IP where applicable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and running experiments and data-driven product work
  • Prior experience hiring and mentoring engineers at scale
