Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and AI strategy by gathering insights from teams and influencing organizational alignment
• Build the internal AI platform and unified secure layer connecting tools like Copilot Agents, Gemini, Claude, and n8n to core platforms
• Create IDE agents to accelerate coding across the engineering organization
• Develop agentic workflows and orchestration layers with secure runtime environments for LLM tool-use
• Bridge information silos by building an enterprise knowledge base for agentic reasoning
• Design security patterns for tiered agent autonomy from advisory to autonomous action
• Implement verifiable state and revert mechanisms to make high-tier autonomy safe
• Design auth patterns and human-in-the-loop safeguards for agentic access without breaking Zero Trust principles
• Embed with teams to unblock workflows and help adopt AI-native tooling

Requirements

• Full stack systems engineering background across frontend, backend distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Frontier AI proficiency with patterns like MCP, RAG, function-calling, evals, and agent self-improvement
• Security-first mindset with familiarity in Shift-Left security, least-privilege access, and secrets management
• Strong communication and organizational influence to drive consensus on architectural decisions
• Pragmatic approach treating AI as a component focused on measurable utility
• Innate ownership with ability to operate autonomously and see initiatives through to completion
