Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive and impactful product experiences across the Nova Credit platform
• Contribute to the company’s design strategy and direction
• Lead end-to-end design for significant product initiatives, delivering high-quality UX and UI solutions
• Establish or refine design processes to enhance collaboration among design, product, and engineering teams
• Contribute to design system evolution and define scalable patterns
• Influence product strategy and prioritization through design thinking
• Refresh the design vision for the Nova Credit platform

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design
• Strong focus on B2B or B2B2C products
• Experience taking features from ideation to delivery, including user research and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills for high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Expertise in systems-level thinking and designing scalable solutions
• Ability to articulate design decisions grounded in user needs and business goals
• Experience building or contributing to design systems and pattern libraries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ownership mentality with a bias toward action in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth industry knowledge in FinTech, particularly in the credit and risk space
• Experience working with consumer-permissioned or credit data
