Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for the Pay Ecosystem domain, making high-level UX decisions for core features and future functionality.
• Drive design excellence by mentoring other designers, providing constructive feedback, and raising the bar for craft quality.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to validate solutions and implement them to the highest standard.
• Create end-to-end user flows, ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company design system and lead cross-domain initiatives.
• Leverage AI prototyping tools to explore conceptual ideas and iterate quickly with peers.
• Champion usability, scalability, and accessibility across all product touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an individual contributor designer, specifically in evolving and innovating complex user interfaces.
• Strong ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques at scale.
• An impeccable portfolio demonstrating holistic systems thinking and mastery of visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong narratives around design work in a global, asynchronous environment.
• Experience working autonomously in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated fluency in using AI and automation to enhance design workflows and prototyping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions within the FinTech or HRTech industries.
• Previous experience working in a fully remote or asynchronous work environment.
